Do I need exact measurements?
No. Rough sizes and good photos with a ruler in frame are enough to quote. For tight fits, posting me the broken part gets the best result, and I'll send it back with the new one.

          
Is a printed part as strong as the original?
For most clips, knobs and brackets, yes, and often stronger because I can thicken weak spots and pick a tougher material. Printed parts are weakest between layers, so I orient the print around the load.

          
What if it doesn't fit?
If the part doesn't fit because of my modelling, I adjust and reprint it free. That's why I send a render for approval first.

        

        

          
Do I get the CAD file?
Yes. You paid for the design, so you get the STL. STEP files are included on request. Reprints from me cost only the print.

          
Do you deliver to my area?
Everywhere in South Africa by Pudo locker or door-to-door courier, normally 2–4 working days after printing.

          
How do I pay?
EFT or SnapScan. Design fee is paid after you approve the quote, printing and courier after you approve the model.
